7-Day Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in the same condition you received it
It is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and cables
You have your order number or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return shipping cost.

Warranty

All products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water, unauthorised repairs or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
