How do I know my order was placed?
After you order, you'll get a confirmation by email/SMS. Our team may also contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order before shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships. Once it has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Riyadh and to all cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

How long does delivery take?
Riyadh: usually 1–3 business days. Other cities in Saudi Arabia: usually 2–5 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details. You can also message us on WhatsApp at any time for an update.

⚡ About the V6 Wireless Car Charger

Is my phone compatible?
The V6 works with phones that support Qi wireless charging, including iPhone 11 to iPhone 14 (all models), Samsung Galaxy S6/S7/S8 series and wireless-charging Huawei Mate models. If you're not sure, send us your phone model on WhatsApp and we'll check for you.

Will it charge my phone at 15W?
The V6 supports up to 15W. Actual speed depends on the maximum wireless charging speed your phone supports and the car adapter you use. For the fastest charging, use a Quick Charge (QC) or Power Delivery (PD) car adapter.

Do I need to remove my phone case?
Usually not. Thin cases (under 5 mm) work fine. Remove metal, magnetic, card-holder or very thick cases, because they block wireless charging.

How does the automatic sensor work?
The infrared sensor detects your hand or phone. The arms open automatically as you bring your phone close and close around it once it's placed on the charging pad.

Is it safe for my phone?
Yes. The V6 has built-in safety protection, and its silicone grips protect your phone from scratches.

Will the phone fall off on bumpy roads?
No. The automatic clamping arms grip the phone firmly and the stable structure keeps it steady while you drive.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Can I return a product I don't want?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
