These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Arabians Treasure online store. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Information

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours in photos may look slightly different on your screen. Product features can vary slightly between manufacturer versions. Always check the compatibility information before you buy.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). We may change prices at any time without notice. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or we can't verify the order. If you've already paid, we'll give you a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping, returns, refunds and warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Safe Use

Install and use car accessories safely and according to the instructions. Don't handle your phone while driving in a way that breaks traffic laws. Arabians Treasure is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse or unsafe driving.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Arabians Treasure is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or store. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.
